Questionable Safety Guidelines in Tukwila Woman's Drowning Death

Candice Green was learning to swim at the Tukwila Pool when she drowned in the deep end. Her family said she was a beginning swimmer who wanted to learn to swim for her honeymoon in Mexico. Candice was swimming alone and attached to some type of a weight while three lifeguards were on duty.
