Samsung Faces Class-Action Lawsuit Due to Faulty Camcorders

Samsung customers, who allege the company knowingly sold them faulty camcorders, have filed a class-action lawsuit against the company. The camcorders' CCD imager prematurely fails, causing a blank or distorted screen. Customers were charged up to $150.00 by Samsung to fix the faulty camcorders.
