Bar/Bri Settles Suit

Bar/Bri, a provider of preparation courses for bar examinations, recently settled a class-action lawsuit. The suit alleged that the company violated antitrust laws by making an agreement wih Kaplan, an LSAT preparation course provider, to not use each other's dominant areas of emphasis.
